Dragon and Tiger qigong: A review with an emphasis on feeling qi

Date(s): 27 March 2020

Time: 10am - 5pm

Eligibility: Everyone who knows the Dragon and Tiger form

Venue: South Street Arts Centre

If you have already learned the 7 movements of Dragon & Tiger qigong, and would like a review and “tune-up” to boost or restart your practice, this is the course for you.

Bill will review how to:

  • Do each of the 7 Dragon & Tiger movements and the transitions between the moves
  • Start and finish a set
  • Trace and feel the qi pathways along your body for each move and between moves
  • Maintain a regular - and fun - practice of Dragon & Tiger qigong

You’ll receive individual feedback during the course.

Bill Ryan has studied qigong, tai chi, and related energy arts since 1980 with Daoist Lineage Master Bruce Frantzis. In 1992 Bill founded Brookline Tai Chi near Boston, USA which, under his direction, reached a peak enrolment of over 450 students. He now teaches qi gong and practices qigong tui na bodywork. The approach to needling that he teaches is an adaptation of the approach used in qigong tui na energy gate and channel work.  Find out more about Bill at

  • Awesome! By attending Bill’s seminars my needling has evolved in an exciting way. John Hicks
